I have found that one of the difficulties of learning at a Christian seminary as someone who was not raised Christian, and doesn’t have the language of Christianity natively, there are lots of words that I simply don’t know what they mean. So, a collection of things I’ve had to translate & interpret.

Hermeneutics: the study of interpretation, especially interpreting biblical texts.

Witness, or Prophetic Witness: sharing personal experience with others; speaking and doing the things Christ calls them to do in order to convince or reinforce to others that they should accept Jesus and be christian; telling personal experience of how Jesus in working in their life
