LS680: Transforming Leadership by Design
I took this course in Autumn 2026 with Dr. Kate Common. It is part of the “Values Core” of the M.Div Degree.
Introduces design thinking theories and practices as a way to enhance leadership skills, creativity, and problem-solving approaches. Class adapted from design pedagogies that promote practical skills development thru the iterative exploration of leadership projects. Also includes a variety of other transformational leadership literatures which will help students further deepen theological understandings of leadership and develop skill sets for effective leadership in different settings.
